Mr. Amr Allam joined Hassan Allam Holding in 2005 as Project Engineer with Consolidated Contractors International Company. He joined HAC in 2007 where he held several positions including operations, tendering, and business development until taking over as Chief Executive Officer in 2009. Mr. Allam spearheads the dynamic evolution of corporate strategy and new investments, such as the initiative to launch the building materials and utilities activities. Mr. Allam now serves as Co-CEO of Hassan Allam Holding and Chairman of Hassan Allam Utilities, his responsibilities include promoting revenue growth, profitability, and overseeing the overall company operations in order to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost effective management. Mr. Allam graduated from the American University in Cairo with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering.
Ms Menatalla Sadek joined Hassan Allam Utilities as CEO in February 2018 to lead the efforts of creating a renewables platform for the group working on the solar energy, water desalination and a wide range of utilities projects. Mrs. Sadek brings with her nearly two decades of experience in the investment field in Egypt and Europe. Most recently, Ms Sadek was Group Chief Investment Officer of GB Auto, a leading Automotive player and non-bank financial services provider in the Middle East and North Africa. Ms Sadek lead the creation of an in-house corporate finance department to screen, initiate, and conclude merger and acquisition transactions as part of the company’s growth strategy. Ms Sadek was also directing the group’s investor relations activities and was a member of the company’s Executive Committee and a regular attendee of the firm’s board meetings. Previously, she was head of consumer goods research at regional investment bank Beltone Financial, where she was part of the team that helped take a number of firms public. Before that, she was in Sweden with Standard & Poor’s European Rating Team, and was earlier assistant corporate manager at Barclays Bank. Ms Sadek is a CFA Charterholder.
